Grumari Beach, Rio de Janeiro

It’s summer time and it’s Football World Cup.

So this beautiful photo of Grumari beach near Rio de Janeiro in Brazil came in handy. It was taken by Hazel from Site of Special Things.
Grumari Beach is an hour’s drive from Rio.

It gives the viewer a sense of the great expanse of the beaches there and how much part of the community the beach is, not just for sun bathing. It’s a real mix of life.
